JOB CONDITIONS :
- Status: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday
- Schedule: Start around 6:00 a.m. OR finish around 6:00 p.m., to be discussed
- Salary: Competitive hourly rate based on all factors
- Overtime: Paid at time and a half (1.5)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
The function is to plan, coordinate, supervise and control the smooth running of daily operations, the quality of services offered, driver assistance and customer satisfaction.

responsibilities :
Communication:
Respond professionally to requests from school service centers and private clients.
Planning:
Adjust and optimize school bus routes and create charter itineraries.
Assignment:
Supervise and assign drivers (Class 2 and 4B license holders).
Technology:
Track fleet movements using our geolocation systems.
Support:
Provide immediate logistical assistance and comprehensive support to drivers.

Experience:
Ideally in transportation or a related customer service role.
Skills:

Languages:
Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good communication skills with our English-speaking clientele.
