Para-transit transportation

We are proud of our agreement with the Société de transport de Laval, who appointed us on two facets, to provide transportation of registered para-transit users.

The first facet has for goal the execution of a call center service for the users, covering all transportation requests, coordination and optimization of the demand. The second is to deliver door to door collective transportation services by para-transit and ambulatory buses.

We are watching over management, coordination and exploitation of about 100 weekly routes, 16 vehicles and 35 drivers, 365 days and +/- 1 000 000 kilometers yearly.

Our drivers are watchful to assure user's comfort, safety and satisfaction.
